Continuing Education & Workforce Training Staff
Calli Ekblad, Director of Business Relations, Red Wing
Calli has worked at Southeast Technical since 1981 in
Continuing Education and Workforce Training and specializes in grant writing.
Calli received her certificates in Supervisory Management and Quality from Riverland
Community College. She has served as the co-chair of the Southeast Minnesota
Training Consortium in the health care cluster for two years and was
active as leader in 4-H for over 13 years. She now serves on the Community
Education Board. A resident of Red Wing, she has worked at the college for over
Katie Hardyman, Director of Business Relations, Red Wing
Katie is a Red Wing native with over 20
years of sales and marketing experience, most recently with the Red Wing
Golf Club and Red Wing Collectors Society Foundation. Graduating with
honors, Katie received a B.S. in Business-Risk Management from St. Cloud
State University in 1990. Katie is excited to have the opportunity to
help local businesses develop training solutions that will advance their
workforce and create a stronger community.
Jennifer Olson, Director of Business Relations, Winona
Jen Olson is currently serving the
greater Winona area as a Director of Business Relations at Southeast
Technical. Jen has worked in the Winona community for six years and
previously served as the Community Relations Manager for Winona Health.
With a B.S. in Human Development and Family Studies from the University
of Wisconsin-Stout, Jen is excited to work in the field of education and
help local businesses develop training solutions to help strengthen
both the workforce and community.
Nicole Sawyer, Business Relations Assistant
Nicole has been a member of the
Continuing Education and Workforce Training team at Southeast Technical
since March 2008. Her home base is on the Winona campus. Nicole is a
2007 graduate of the college's Sales and Retail Management program and
was a member of the DEX group. Nicole completed her internship and had a
position as work-study in the college's Marketing/Public Relations
department while attending classes in her degree program. Previously,
Nicole was a manager of the Cedar Valley Restaurant in the Winona area.
