Professional Women's Leadership Event celebrates 30th anniversary on April 27

Red Wing, MN (March 17, 2016) -- Red Wing will celebrate the accomplishments of professional women in the community on Wednesday, April 27, 2106 at the Treasure Island Event Center with the 30th annual Professional Women's Leadership Event. The women's business expo, plated luncheon, fashion show, and awards ceremony for "Business Professional Woman of the Year" are the hallmarks of the event. This year's keynote speech will feature Holly Hoffman, the last woman standing on Season 21 of the CBS show Survivor. Her exciting message, titled "Never Give Up - The Survivor Way," is sure to inspire the audience!

Door prizes will be given out throughout the event. The grand prize is a pearl necklace donated by Howes Diamond Jewelers, valued at $350. The pearl necklace is given in honor of the 30th anniversary of the Professional Women's Leadership Event.

11:00 a.m. - 12:15 p.m. Business Expo 
Over 28 businesses featured with products and services of interest to women

12:15 p.m. Luncheon & Fashion Show 
A delicious plated lunch and special anniversary cupcakes, plus a fabulous spring fashion show presenting the latest fashions

1:30 p.m. - 2:00 p.m. Business Professional Woman of the Year Award 
A special awards ceremony honoring nominees with presentation of the "Business Professional Woman of the Year." Nominees receive recognition, a special gift, and certificate. The winner will receive a prize package valued at over $300 compliments of Express Employment Professionals. 2:15 p.m. - 3:15 p.m. Keynote Speaker Holly Hoffman: "Never Give Up - The Survivor Way" 
Born and raised in South Dakota, Holly Hoffman was the last woman standing on Season 21 of the CBS hit reality show Survivor Nicaragua. Through that experience, and others throughout her life, Holly has been inspired to share her message of positivity, determination and confidence with business leaders, teachers, and students across the nation.
