Winona Post: Polish customer service skills with proven SE Tech program
Building on the success of last year's Excellence Unleashed professional development series, Southeast Technical's customized training department is again offering a course designed to help businesses create a positive customer experience. This year's theme is Superior Customer Service - Unleashing Excellence. The four-part series begins in both Red Wing and Winona on Thursday, February 18, 2016.
"Customer service skills are critical in all of our everyday interactions. How we communicate with others --whether in our words, in our writing or even in our body language -- directly affects the success of our business," according to Katie Hardyman, Southeast Technical director of business relations. "It's such a vital part of every business, of gaining new and keeping existing customers."
