Step 2: Test
ACCUPLACER Placement Testing
All Minnesota State Colleges administer ACCUPLACER tests as part of the enrollment and placement process. (Not all enrolling students are required to take the ACCUPLACER - check to see if you are exempt.)
Be sure to take this test very seriously. MSC Southeast has mandatory placement. These scores will place you in the appropriate level math and English courses. If you perform well on the test you are likely to save a great deal of time and money on your education! Be ready for the tests - see below for more information on preparing for the ACCUPLACER.
Please schedule your appointment for the ACCUPLACER test online. Use our online scheduling system to see the full schedule of available appointments for each campus.
If you'd rather schedule on the phone or in person, stop by the reception desk or call us at:

For students needing to take the ACCUPLACER out of the state or out of the country, it is necessary to complete and submit the following Student Proctor Agreement Form.
