Help Desk

Students Outside with ComputerThe Information Technology Help Desk provides assistance to Southeast Tech faculty, staff, and students in the use of technology. If your request is better handled by someone with more expertise in a particular area, Help Desk staff members will refer you to the appropriate technical contact. No appointment necessary!

Office 365 mobile setup - Help

You can quickly set up your college email on your phone. Follow the link and choose your device ot get started. You'll need the following information.

  • Email: your school email address (e.g. bob.jones@my.southeastmn.edu)
  • Server: outlook.office365.com
  • Domain: [leave blank]
  • Username: StarID@my.southeastmn.edu (e.g. aa1122bb@my.southeastmn.edu)
  • Password: your StarID password
