225 - Graduation Requirements

PART 1. POLICY
The College's Associate of Arts (A.A.), Associate of Science Degree (A.S.), Associate of Applied Science Degree (A.A.S.), Diploma or Certificate will be conferred upon all students who have:
- Completed all program course requirements;
- Maintained a minimum cumulative Grade Point Average (GPA) of 2.0;
- Met all financial obligations to the College;
- Completed graduation application by timeline indicated on Registrar's Calendar.
To be eligible for a certificate, degree or diploma, a student must earn one third of the program's major graduation requirements at Minnesota State College Southeast. MSC Southeast has only one commencement ceremony in the Spring of each year.
The College reserves the right to automatically post degree completion to the student academic record upon the verification that all degree requirements have been satisfied.
