PART 1: POLICY

The college president is accountable, through the legal authority of the Minnesota State Board of Trustees, for assuring proper delegation of authority to employees. The delegated authority is conveyed through college organizational charts, therefore, these charts shall be approved by the President. The charts represent established lines of authority, scope of responsibility and supervision. They also represent regular avenues for the two-way flow of ideas for the improvement of college programming, services and operation. Lines of authority may be revised at the President's discretion.
