PART 1.  POLICY 

The college will identify major equipment replacement needs, unexpected major equipment failure, and related physical plant betterment projects. These are referred to as Higher Education Asset Preservation and Repair (HEAPR) Projects that may meet the criteria for additional state funds. Projects are prioritized statewide through the use of the Minnesota State Facilities Assessment Report. The Chief Financial Officer is responsible for identifying needs and working with Minnesota State to secure funding.
