PART 1. POLICY

The College complies with state and federal occupational health, safety and environmental laws and regulations, such as put forth by OSHA and EPA, that are pertinent to the work and academic environment of the College. The College has developed appropriate procedures and safety programs to assure compliance with these laws and regulations. The College also endorses and enforces the Right-to-Know Act which is intended to ensure that students and employees are aware of the dangers associated with hazardous substances, harmful physical agents, or infectious agents that they may be exposed to in the workplace.
