Degrees in

Mechatronics Technology AAS

Mechatronics technicians work with industrial electricians, engineers, and technical support staff to ensure that production processes and equipment can be expanded and sustained in a wide range of industries.

Mechatronics Technology students learn skills spanning electronics, mechanics, hydraulics, and motors. You will understand how to set up and maintain advanced programmable logic controllers, drives, human-machine interfaces, and actuators.

Electromechanical Technology Diploma

The Electromechanical Technology diploma covers AC and DC electricity, digital electronics, mechanical power, hydraulics, pneumatics, and more.

This 31-credit diploma takes only two semesters to complete — and if you want to continue your education, the diploma serves as a foundation for earning a two-year Associate of Applied Science in Mechatronics.

Automation Foundations Certificate

The Automation Foundations certificate focuses on digital electronics, programmable controllers and AC/DC electricity.

As an automation technician, you will maintain computer-controlled, automated systems such as in robotic assembly, food processing, and other industrial applications.

Industrial Maintenance Certificate

The Industrial Maintenance certificate is the beginning of an exciting career pathway in Mechatronics. In this career area, you will service and maintain equipment including motors, conveyor systems, transmission systems, and production-related equipment.
