English Language Learners at Southeast
Support services designed to assist English Language Learners (ELL) can be accessed by Minnesota State College Southeast students for their learning needs at our area Adult Basic Education (ABE) programs in Red Wing and Winona. The ABE programs provide courses in grammar, pronunciation, and conversation for adults who speak English as a second language.
In Winona, the ABE English as a Second Language classes are held from September through May on Monday through Thursday from 8:30-11:30 a.m., and on Mondays and Wednesdays from 6-8 p.m. at the Wesley United Methodist Church, 114 West Broadway, Winona, MN 55987.

In Red Wing, the ABE English as a Second Language classes are held on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6-8 p.m., in the Red Wing High School ELL Room (enter door 10), 2451 Eagle Ridge Dr., Red Wing, MN 55066.
