College Bulletin Boards and Message Rails                                                                                                           

Posters providing college information; student club & organization information; and community information are allowed on campus.

Signs and posters must be put up on bulletin boards and message rails. We do not allow signs to be taped to college walls, windows, and doors.

Campus Information: Signage regarding official college information, events, and announcements.

  • Student Club & Organization Information: Events and information posted by student organizations. Posters should be reviewed by the Marketing and Communications department to meet college brand standards prior to posting.
  • Community Information:  Community events and employment posters must be dropped off at the Front Desk for approval before being posted by college staff.

Requirements

  • Signage cannot be larger than 11"x17"
  • Removal of signage is the responsibility of the area posting the signage.
  • Out of date signage will be removed without notice.
  • Signage must adhere to Minnesota State policies and federal and state laws.

Signage that does not meet the above specifications or is posted in locations other than bulletin boards and message rails will be subject to removal.
