PT Teller (Goodview)

Merchants Bank, Goodview, is seeking a part-time Teller to join our team. This position will be 20-25 hours/week including a Saturday mornings rotation. The hours of availability for this role are Monday-Friday 7:15-5:45 and Saturday 7:45-12:15. This position will be primarily at the Goodview branch but can work at any of the Winona locations.

We are looking for someone that is friendly, outgoing, a quick learner, and team player. Duties include providing excellent customer service, cross selling products and services, and processing all types of banking transactions. 1 year of cash handling and customer service experience preferred.

Job Summary:

Universal Banker I (Winona)

Merchants Bank, Winona is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Universal Banker to join our team. This full-time position (40 hours/week) offers a varied Monday–Friday schedule between 7:15 a.m. and 5:45 p.m., along with one Saturday morning rotation per month (7:45 a.m.–12:15 p.m.).

As a Universal Banker, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service while offering a full range of banking products and services. You’ll assist customers with everyday financial transactions, respond to account inquiries, open new deposit accounts, and provide personalized product recommendations—all in an efficient, friendly, and professional manner.

Accounts Payable Analyst - RTP Company - 8.1.25

Description
The Accounts Payable Analyst is responsible for the accounting and administrative tasks related to the efficient processing of accounts payable transactions and maintenance of accounts payable records.

Work Schedule
: 8am - 5pm, Monday through Friday with month end and year end overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Efficiently process various types of vendor invoices for payment by:
    • ensuring appropriate approvals for payment are received
    • ensuring all goods and services are properly received prior to payment
    • ensuring invoice pricing matches our purchase order
  • Monitor vendor accounts to ensure payments are up to date and accurate
  • Communicate with vendors and internal customers to resolve discrepancies/issues in a timely manner
  • Maintain vendor records and files
  • Identify and resolve any issues with the application of Sales and Use tax
  • Manage supplier payment process
  • Other duties/responsibilities as assigned, or as apparent.

Financial Analyst - McCord Executive Search - 7.15.25
