(Health and Human Services Careers) Permanent link
Young-at-heart elderly woman in Alma, WI (approx 25mi from Winona) seeks in-home caregivers/companions.

My mom, Lorena, 83, lives with her cat in a lovely split level house next to the river. (Great views!)

Her needs include: giving medication, treating OA of shoulders with topical creams, assistance via a gait belt up and down 6 steps; moderate assistance dressing and bathing, occasional assistance with incontinence, simple meal prep, going for walks, doing easy in-home PT exercises.

Her hobbies, which she'll welcome you to join include: chatting, gardening, sewing, baking and watching the birds. She's cognizant, oriented to time and place though forgetful, and has a good sense of humor.
Lorena requires 24/7 care (nights are easy since she rarely gets up) so it will take a team to cover her needs. Shifts and days can vary so if interested please call me and we'll talk about it!
