Mechatronics Open Houses - Red Wing and Winona, April 3

If you like working with your mind and your hands, the challenging field of mechatronics technology may be the career choice for you! 

Mechatronics technicians work with industrial electricians, engineers, and technical support staff to ensure that production processes and equipment can be expanded and sustained in a wide range of industries.

Minnesota State College Southeast is holding a Mechatronics Open House on Thursday, April 3, from 5 to 6:30 pm. 

The catch? There are actually TWO Open Houses taking place at the same time -- one on the Winona campus, and one on the Red Wing campus.

Both facilities are equipped with Mechatronics labs so the Open Houses will take place simultaneously. 

"The Mechatronics Open House is a great opportunity to discover the world of mechatronics," said Jake Griggs, Dean of Trade and Technology. "Visit us in Red Wing or Winona to explore our labs and see our current projects."

Interested students and their families can meet the program instructors and connect with employers in the industry. And don't worry about missing dinner -- pizza will be served.
