The Roost is more than the computer labs in Red Wing and Winona -- it's a place for students to study, learn, and be supported in their academic needs. The Roost provides a variety of resources to assist both faculty and students.
Our mission is to provide equitable and accessible resources to meet diverse student learning needs. We provide impactful, holistic, and growth-focused services, both online and in-person. Through meaningful relationships, we foster inclusive learning communities amongst students, faculty, and staff.
The Roost is open on both campuses and the computers, printers, and study space are available for student use. Please be sure to practice appropriate social distancing when using The Roost. Facilities staff are sanitizing The Roost daily.

The Roost provides accommodations for students registered with the Office of Accessibility. For assistance, see the Disability Services page or contact the Office of Accessibility at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Professionals in The Roost are available to assist you with resume and cover letter writing. We can also conduct mock interviews to help you prepare for interactions with potential employers. Stop by The Roost's office to make an appointment to meet with us.
Private or semi-private study rooms, located within The Roost, are available on each campus. M-Th 7:30 am-8:00 pm and 7:30 am-5:00 pm on Fridays. Summer hours are 7:30 am- 5:00 pm M-F.
Child friendly spaces in The Roost are designed for young children, ages 2 and up, to utilize while their parents are utilizing the space.
